USPS First Class Mail Intl (11-21 business days - NO TRACKING): This option is only available for orders less than 4 lbs. It is the slowest shipping option with very limited tracking information. If you don’t have time to wait for your order to arrive we will not recommend this service since it can take between 1-3 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: Since this service does NOT offer tracking within the country of destination, we will NOT be able to confirm but assume the successful delivery of your package.
USPS Priority Intl (6-10 business days - LIMITED TRACKING): We recommend this service for faster shipping where UPS Worldwide Expedited is not available.
UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days - Include package tracking!): This option is fast and reliable. You can expect delivery within 2-5 business days. UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system at https://www.ups.com/track
There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs, handling fees, duties, and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we cannot provide an estimate of these charges. We recommend contacting your local post/customs office to receive more information.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges and return shipping charges will be billed to you by TRU PRO. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.
TRU PRO will not issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal, or abandonment.
TRU PRO accepts payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express J.C.B.) through STRIPE. All orders are processed in USD currency. If a credit card is used for the purchase, the issuing credit card company will bill the charge in your local currency at the current exchange rate.
STRIPE offers additional payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We offer PayPal Express and a payment option.
In an effort to protect the security of our customers, authorization information may be required for international purchases. Any and all requested information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive within 1-2 business days of completing your purchase. International orders awaiting information can be held up to 5 days. Please reply to any requests at your earliest convenience to avoid processing delays or cancellation of the order.
TRU PRO reserves the right to prohibit shipment to any international address that has a history of fraudulent orders or customs and delivery issues. If delivery to a hotel is requested, TRU PRO will require the customer to assume all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. TRU PRO will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval.
You are welcome to return any items purchased from TRU PRO. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received (unused and unopened in original packaging - no exception). If it is detected upon return of the package that the product has been opened, TRU PRO will reseve the right now to offer a refund. If the product is returned unopened, TRU PRO will refund the product cost ONLY; shipping and customs fees are not refundable. Any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Customs duties and fees incurred by TRU PRO when the package re-enters the United States will be deducted from your total refund.
